Osmotic Solutions Services

Osmotic Solutions has over ten years of experience in the specification of water treatment equipment, ranging from Ion Exchange Water Softeners for hotels/leisure facilities, to the specification of complex multi-stage treatment processes for water recycling or process contaminant removal.

In the event that you require a piece of water treatment equipment we will be happy to provide a free consultation and outline specification for your needs.

For example, should your hotel experience high levels of water hardness and a deterioration of water heating efficiency and/or notable water quality issues, Osmotic solutions can, based on a few simple questions, provide an initial specification of the system you require and the budget cost.

Should you then wish to progress, we can arrange the supply and instruction for self install, or a site visit to allow a full supply and installation service.

The full supply and installations service has been enjoyed by one of the UK's most prominent hotel chains as well as a number of independent facilities.

For more information on this please refer to Ion Exchange Water Softening or Contact us.

Osmotic Solutions has undertaken design, build and supply of many items of water treatment equipment. These have most recently included:

  • A skid-mounted dual product Chemical Dosing assembly for export to oil and gas usage overseas, incorporating break tank and automated booster set, “plug-and-play” ready for site usage.
  • Mobile cartridge filtration assembly including booster set, capable of being moved through various process locations as required.
  • High pressure bag filtration assembly incorporating differential pressure control.

We understand that every client is unique and, as such, a piece of “standard” equipment may not fully meet your needs. Osmotic Solutions specialises in the design and build of skid mounted/containerised turnkey equipment services ready for effective usage onsite, minimising the need for sitework and the disruption this entails.

This product has proven especially popular with the export market, helping UK clients move abroad with the same standard equipment they enjoy at their UK facilities.

Whatever your need, whether it be a small benchtop requirement or a multi container system, get in touch and we will be pleased to discuss your needs.

Osmotic Solutions can assist with your project or system in a variety of ways, including:

  • Impartial contractor selection
  • Impartial proposal analysis
  • Development of system manuals, including drawings
  • Feasibility studies, including cost-benefit analysis.

The water treatment industry is a complex and varied one, often with multiple solutions for any one problem, this can in itself lead to difficulties for those tendering or assessing competitive quotations for large elements of work.

Osmotic Solutions has been previously used as a facilitating contractor for those organisations lacking engineering expertise on staff. We can provide analysis of your proposals, verification of cost-benefit analysis and expert advice on the viability of any particular proposal for your application, as well as contractor suitability assessment.

This can extend to a full project management service for multi-skilled projects involving several contractors.

Osmotic Solutions can also provide training and development where user expertise may have been lost through unexpected staff changes. This can include creation of system manuals, training of new personnel on operations, maintenance and health and safety, and development of future-proofing plans for existing equipment and processes.
